We recently had the pleasure of working with Jairo, Rebeca, and their team for a complete home renovation, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! Throughout the project, they demonstrated incredible attention to detail and craftsmanship, ensuring that no corner was overlooked. We purchased an old home, and many issues were uncovered during the renovation. This resulted in a lot of extra work than what was originally anticipated, but Jairo and his team took it in stride and made sure all of these issues were addressed so we could have a safe and beautiful home. Communication was always clear and consistent— we always knew what to expect, and any questions or concerns were addressed immediately.
The finished product exceeded our expectations in every way. Jairo & his team, as well as all the subcontractors he recommended, performed quality work – from plumbing and electrical, to tiling, refinishing floors, new HVAC, new framing and a new roof, installing new windows and doors, and everything in between, they truly do it all. Their pricing is transparent and very fair, and the quality of the work is outstanding. It truly feels like a brand-new home, but with the warmth and personality we’ve always wanted.
